All bookings are non-refundable. Due to the limited availability of our care suites and staff, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in surgery dates.

Rescheduling:
We allow a one-time reschedule if notified at least 7 days before your original check-in date, subject to availability. Any additional reschedule requests will incur a $150 fee.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals:
Failure to arrive on your scheduled day without prior communication is considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that medical emergencies can occur. Documentation from your surgeon may be required to assess rescheduling eligibility, but refunds will not be issued.
Travel Delays or Cancellations:
We are not responsible for travel disruptions, flight delays, or personal scheduling conflicts. Please plan accordingly.
