To ensure a safe, seamless, and luxurious recovery experience, all clients are required to review and agree to our terms and conditions prior to booking. Eligibilty
Clients must be 18+ and have undergone elective surgery within the last 72 hours to qualify for care. A valid ID and proof of surgery may be required.
Medical Disclaimer
Our staff are CNAs and caregivers not licensed physicians. We do not provide medical diagnoses or emergency care. In case of emergency, 911 will be contacted immediately.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is due upon booking. All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Check In / Out
Check-in is after surgery or at the scheduled time. Check-out must occur by 12:00 non ( Flexible) on the final day unless otherwise arranged.
Conduct/ Compliance
Clients must follow all post-op instructions from both their surgeon and our care team. Disruptive or non-compliant behavior will result in termination of care without refund.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure all valuables.
